The Quiz App for Blind and Deaf Students is an innovative educational application that aims to promote accessibility, inclusivity and independent learning among students with visual and hearing impairments. The application allows students to take interactive quiz using gesture recognition and audio based interaction so that students have less dependence on conventional learning aids. CVZone is used in the system for accurate hand-gesture detection. Tkinter is used for a simple and user-friendly graphical interface and Pygame is used to provide real-time audio and voice feedback. The app is available in multiple languages like English, Tamil and Gujarati to cater to the needs of learners from different linguistic backgrounds. The proposed system creates a fully immersive learning environment that promotes engagement, critical thinking, cognitive development, and self-directed learning by integrating computer vision, audio interaction, and inclusive interface design. The application is built on low cost, open-source technologies making it suitable for educational institutions having limited resources. It also shows the potential of assistive technologies to lower the communication and accessibility barriers faced by differently abled students. The proposed Quiz App is an interactive, accessible and flexible platform which in general helps students with disabilities to learn more effectively and confidently and promotes equal opportunities in digital education.
