Are you aware of the beneficial bacteria that exist in our bodies, even though the word "bacteria" is often associated with dangerous creatures that cause diseases? "Beneficial bacteria" are live microbes and yeasts that can support overall health, especially in the digestive system. Let's do further research to see whether these microbes are dangerous.
